• اهداف ISO:
مسؤولیت اصلی استقرار، نگهداری و بهبود سیستم‌های مذکور به عهده اینجانب است و نماینده مدیریت، وظیفه طرح‌ریزی و نظارت مستمر بر عملکرد سازمان و سطح رضایت مشتریان را بر عهده دارد.

• بازرگانی :
کلیه امورات حمل و نقل، بارگیری، بیمه و... تا مرحله نصب و راه اندازی به عهده این شرکت بوده و مسائل مالی مربوط به امورات گمرکی و ترخیص کالا تا محل نصب محصولات در خارج و داخل کشور، بعهده واحد بازرگانی این شرکت می باشد که این واحد، تیمی متشکل از کارشناسان زبده و کارآزموده را شامل می شود.

After establishment and innovation in Air Conditioning, Saman Gostar Jame achieved international certificates issued from different companies like:
IMQ of Italy, ASQ of U.S.A, EFQM of U.K, DQS of Germany and these achievements are the results of management effort and approach.

• ISO Goals:
Managing director is the main responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving these systems and Management Agent is responsible for planning and continuous performance and customer satisfaction monitoring.

• Business:
All transportation, loading, insurance and … matters to installation phase are the area of this company responsibility and the business unit performs the duties of Customers and Clearance before installation inside and outside the country. This unit consists of qualified and experienced experts.
